H by Hine VSOP Cognac

A Fine Champagne VSOP cognac from the Hine house. H by Hine is a stylish alternative to Remy VSOP with a bit more oomph, but still very mixable for classy cocktails.

A VSOP from Hine. H is a blend of around 15 Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie with the youngest cognac in the blend being aged for at least 4 years. This was awarded a Gold Medal at the 2007 International Spirits Challenge.

It is Hine's most floral cognac. Jasmine, iris, hint of vanilla, carnation and a delicate velvety palate.

 
   

Courvoisier VSOP Exclusif

Complex, deep and extremely versatile, Courvoisier VSOP Exclusif is considered one of the finest cognacs in the world today.

Combining spirits from the four best crus in the Cognac region, including a 12 year old from the smallest, most exclusive Borderies cru, hence its Exclusif name.

Martell XO

Martell dates back to 1715, when Jean Martell founded the company to produce the highest quality cognac.

A terrific cognac from Martell, this is a masterpiece of blending. Rich and with impressive depth, yet still elegant with subtle nuances and delicious texture.

Marrying the fresh, fruity notes of eaux-de-vie from the Borderies with the nutty spicy notes of lengthily matured eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne.

 
   

Courvoisier XO

Rich and full-bodied, yet still exceptionally smooth, this luxurious XO contains long-aged eaux-de-vie from Grande & Petite Champagne for grace & flavour, plus a little Borderies for structure and depth. A perennial award-winner.

Created with a unique blend of very old cognacs resulting in a supremely rich product. With its harmonious yet complex character, Courvoisier XO Imperial is a perfect balance of intense flavours.

Rich and complex with aromas of chocolate, vanilla & amber, and the old Borderies add exotic and bakery spices.

 
   

Remy Martin Louis XIII

A truly stunning Cognac from Rémy Martin. It is blended from around 1,200 different eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne appellation, and some of the spirit was distilled more than 100 years ago.

This is a favourite of Elton John, Christian Dior and even Winston Churchill, who celebrated his election with it in 1951. It was served to Queen Elizabeth II in the Versailles Palace to celebrate her visit of 1957.

A bottle of Louis XIII was offered as a wager in the 1988 film Cocktail.

 
   

Baron de Sigognac VSOP

Silver medal at the 2004 International Spirit Challenge in London, the VSOP Baron de Sigognac is a Bas Armagnac grown on sandy soils in the heart of the Bas Armagnac where one finds Domaine de Bordeneuve.

Spending six months in new oak followed by a seven year period in old oak, it has noble flavours and is very pleasant on the palate.

The Baron de Sigognac VSOP is older than 7 years, which is why it is sometimes sold under the label 7 years old.

 
   

Janneau X.O.

Maison Janneau is one of the oldest of the great Armagnac houses, ounded in 1851 by Pierre Etienne Janneau.

The XO Royal, known also as the '12 Years Old', is a blend of various Armagnacs which, exclusively, have been aged in oak in Janneau's maturation warehouses.

Supervised and sampled throughout the ageing process the spirits chosen for the XO Royal blend are chosen for their specific qualities.

 
   

Chateau du Breuil 2 year old & 8 year old

The fruity elegance of an "Appellation Pays d'Auge Controlee" Calvados.

The apple is the basic ingredient to make quality Calvados.The mild and damp weather and clayed soil of the Pays d'Auge give the Chateau du Breuil ideal growing conditions for its 22,000 apple trees which surround the castle.

Chateau du Breuil produces its own cider, coming from a 100% natural fermentation. Chateau du Breuil gives priority to high quality rather to quantity. When cider has reached its proper flavour, distillation can start.
