Brooklyn Lager - 5.2%

Brooklyn Lager is amber-gold in color and displays a firm malt center supported by a refreshing bitterness and floral hop aroma. Caramel malts show in the finish.

The aromatic qualities are enhanced by “dry-hopping”, the centuries-old practice of steeping the beer with fresh hops as it undergoes a long, cold maturation. The result is a flavorful beer, smooth, refreshing and very versatile with food.

Dry-hopping is largely a British technique, which they’ve used in a Viennese-style beer to create an American original.

Dead Pony Club - This Californian Pale Ale packs a huge hoppy punch. A 21st century low amplitude, high voltage hop hit.

Old Dominion - Hop Mountain 5.3%

Pleasant grapefruity citric aromas merge with a lightly floral impression and hints of melon and tropical fruit, while a lightly sweet caramel maltiness lies underneath ready to provide structure.

In the mouth the hops hit upfront with a moderate bitterness, then build into a juicy quality as fruity hop notes expand across the palate.

The malts offer a nice, toasty malt backbone that adds balance but never challenges the hops as the star of the show.
